Service Standards

I am committed to providing clients with the best service and advice possible. Many accounting firms say the same about themselves too. Amer Sheikh Accounting & Tax is a Brampton accounting firm that is different from the rest because we don’t just say we have the best service, we show you that we do. I define what my service standards so my clients know exactly what to expect of me.

Respecting Budgets – We all have financial parameters we need operate within. At our initial client meeting I will take in all of the requirements and scope of the project. If the project is small then I will be able to provide you with a quote for services right away. If the project is a longer one then I will provide a quote within a reasonable time after our initial client meeting. Once the quote is approved, I commit to delivering results for the agreed upon costs. If the scope of work changes and additional work is required, then you will be advised of the additional costs before I began the additional work.

Transparency – As a client, you have a right to know exactly how much services will cost. As a firm, I commit to providing clients with the most complete and accurate information possible about fees I charge. This ensures that there are no surprises when invoices are issued.

Communication – Having open lines of communication between the firm and the client is key to building a trusting business relationship. As my client, you can expect to hear from me often on the progress your particular project. Communication may be in the form of a phone call, email, or a face-to-face meeting. Having open communication ensures that no important information is overlooked so I can provide the most value-adding advice to you.

Reachability – An extension of the Communication standard is our Reachability standard. When you need to reach me, you can be assured that I will respond promptly. My goal is to return phone calls and emails within 4 business hours. I will attempt to reach you using the same method you used to contact me, unless otherwsie requested.

Deliverability – A large part of the value I provide to my clients is my ability to provide the right information at the right time. At our initial client meeting, we will establish timelines and schedules for deliverables. I commit to adhering to those timelines. If there are unforeseen circumstances that prevent me from completing on time, I will communicate this soon as I become aware.

Respect & Dignity – Every person, whether an employee, client, or supplier deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. I will always treat you with the respect that you deserve and will not engage in practices or methods that will compromise this standard.
